Shipping Policy

We ship our products Australia-wide.

Once your order has been made, we aim to have it prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days. Upon preparation of the product/(s), we use either an external courier service or Australia Post to handle the delivery. Generally, shipping can take anywhere between 2-9 business days. However, if the delivery destination is in a rural area within Australia, this can likely take longer. 

If you are purchasing within the Adelaide Metropolitan area, we offer free pickup directly from our store in Gepps Cross. See contact info for the exact address. In some cases, we may be able to offer a local delivery if the destination is close by.
